In the Starbucks drive-thru, the computer systems suddenly went down so the drive-thru attendant couldn’t use her till. She seemed really flustered and upset when I got to the window. She gave me my coffee anyway, even though I couldn’t pay her. So, I gave her $5.00 (more than my coffee cost) and passed her my joy gem. I drove away and she was now smiling instead of frowning
